Ordering: Have you found a pair of shoes you just have to buy? The chi-chi website doesn't currently support online ordering, but we do accept email orders using your credit card, or you can visit the shop in Ponsonby. Please email us if you require more information.
Delivery: You should receive your new shoes within 7 days of placing your order. We will keep you informed by email if there are any delays. Please note: we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
Returns Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to either replace them or refund your money if they are returned within 7 days in original condition. We are unable to accept returned purchases where shoes have been worn or are damaged after purchase. In accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act, we will replace or refund shoes which are found to be defective.
